RETURNS AND DELIVERY

Returns can be made within 30 days from the delivery date by returning your item by courier to the address on the return label

Returned items must meet the following conditions for the refund to be made:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with intact labels attached. Goods worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. As far as lingerie articles are concerned, even the protection of underwear, when provided, must be completely intact.
  • Returns of items with a return label will only be accepted if the label has not been removed.

To exchange an item by courier:

Please contact

  1. info@ambique.eu to initiate the exchange process.
  2. Once the exchange request has been approved, the prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
  3. Store your item in its original packaging, including the cotton bag, all accessories, instruction booklet, tags and return label. We remind you that your item must be in the same condition as the original purchase and wrapped in protective packaging still intact (if applicable).
  4. Print and paste the prepaid shipping label on the package and arrange the collection by contacting the courier directly at the number indicated in the return request email or on the return thank you page that appears at the end of the online return process.
  5. All returns shipped using the prepaid shipping label are free of charge. Please note that AMBIQUE is not responsible for merchandise returned via an alternative courier service, so we recommend that you use the prepaid label. If for any reason you do not receive the prepaid shipping label or you cannot find it, contact us at info@ambique.eu.
  6. The carrier’s tracking number can be found on the prepaid shipping label. You can use it to track your returns.
  7. Once received in stock, the items sent for exchange will be processed within 14 working days and credited back through the payment method used at the time of purchase We remind you that if the item you returned does not meet the terms of our return policy, it will be returned to you and the refund will not be made.
  8. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been completed. We remind you that any shipping costs are not refundable

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

What shipping options are available and what are the shipping costs?

For all items immediately available for purchase you can choose from the
following shipping options:
The delivery time is estimated from the moment your order is shipped, not from when it is placed.

Express Homage Italy: 1-2 working days.
Europe: 2-5 working days.
Worldwide : 4-10 working days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details when your order has been delivered to the courier. AMBIQUE is not responsible for any unexpected delays beyond our control.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy (1 and 6 January, Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November and 8, 25 and 26 December).

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. Saturday delivery is available for selected postcodes and comes at an additional cost. Upon delivery, an adult signature will be required.

All pre-order, products will be shipped by the estimated date indicated on the product description page. As soon as they are available, these items are sent by Express shipping.
