Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your AMBIQUE purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returns must be sent by courier to the address provided on the return label.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
- All original labels and tags must still be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
- Any protective packaging or hygiene seals must remain intact, where applicable.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to you, and no refund will be issued.
How to Return an Item

Once your return request has been approved, we will send you the return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label by email.
Please pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels, and protective materials. Attach the return label to the package and follow the instructions provided in the return email.
Return Shipping
If a prepaid return label is provided, please use this label when returning your item. AMBIQUE is not responsible for items returned using an alternative courier or shipping method.
We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 working days, provided the item meets the conditions of our return policy.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been completed.
