Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency selected at checkout.
Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their selected period. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it.
You can cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time. Links to manage your order and subscription can be found in your order confirmation emails.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is currently out of stock or not yet available for immediate delivery.
Depending on the product, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout. If only a partial payment is collected, your payment method may be stored securely and charged for the remaining amount when the product becomes available.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, your payment method may be authorized before the order is fulfilled.
You will have a specified period of time to decide whether you would like to keep the item. If the item is not returned within the stated period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.
