General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the AMBIQUE website. By placing an order with AMBIQUE, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Company Information
AMBIQUE B.V. is a private company registered in The Netherlands, with its registered office in Oisterwijk. AMBIQUE offers clothing and related products through its website, including www.ambique.eu.
Orders and Agreement
An agreement between AMBIQUE and the customer is formed once the customer has placed an order and received an order confirmation by email.
AMBIQUE aims to present all product information, images, prices, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, minor differences may occur, and obvious errors or inaccuracies may be corrected by AMBIQUE.
Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs and any additional charges may be added at checkout.
Orders can be paid using the available payment methods shown at checkout, such as credit card, PayPal, iDEAL, or other supported payment providers.
Delivery
AMBIQUE will process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, destination, courier delays, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or delayed, AMBIQUE will inform the customer by email where possible.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, unless an exception applies.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original labels attached. Products made according to the customer’s personal specifications or clearly personalised items may not be eligible for return.
If the return is approved, AMBIQUE will process the refund in accordance with its return policy.
Warranty
AMBIQUE guarantees that its products meet normal quality standards and are free from defects at the time of delivery.
The warranty does not apply if damage is caused by normal wear and tear, improper use, washing contrary to the care instructions, modifications, negligence, or intentional damage.
Customers should contact AMBIQUE as soon as possible if they believe they have received a defective item.
Intellectual Property
All content on the AMBIQUE website, including images, product designs, logos, text, trademarks, and other materials, belongs to AMBIQUE or its rights holders.
Customers may not copy, use, reproduce, or distribute AMBIQUE’s intellectual property without prior written permission.
Personal Data
AMBIQUE processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
Customers may contact AMBIQUE to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, where legally applicable.
Liability
AMBIQUE is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business losses, or damages caused by circumstances outside its control, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Force Majeure
AMBIQUE is not responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, supplier delays, transport issues, technical failures, power outages, or other force majeure events.
Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be handled by the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
