Shipping and Delivery

At AMBIQUE, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time begins from the moment your order has been shipped, not from the moment the order is placed.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

For items that are immediately available, the following estimated delivery times apply:

The Netherlands: 1–2 working days
Europe: 2–5 working days
Worldwide: 4–10 working days

Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and selected delivery method. The final shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.

Order Processing

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in The Netherlands.

Deliveries are usually made from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 18:00. In some areas, Saturday delivery may be available at an additional cost. Please note that an adult signature may be required upon delivery.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your delivery details and tracking information.

AMBIQUE is not responsible for unexpected delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will be shipped by the estimated date shown on the product page. Once the item becomes available, it will be shipped using the selected delivery method.

How can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow the status of your delivery directly through the courier.
